Wellington Botanic Garden, A fragrant gateaux inspired by the flora, sounds & aromas of the garden. Fresh Lime and Olive Oil Chiffon Cake, Salted Lime & Thyme Cream, Lime curd, White Chocolate and Pink Peppercorn Ganache, Roasted Almond Crumb, Rose Petal, Fresh Thyme. This was set amongst ivy and flowers and surrounded by the sound of native birdsong.
